Free shipping applies on orders of €250 EUR (or local currency equivalent) to the following countries and regions:
Singapore, China, Japan, and Iceland.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

If your parcel is marked as delivered (including timestamp or photo proof) but cannot be located, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation.
