Sales Associate - Amsterdam

The Mercer Brand is looking for a talented and enthusiastic English and Dutch-speaking Sales Associate to join our brand store in the heart of De Pijp in Amsterdam.

ABOUT MERCER

Founded in 2013 in Amsterdam, The Mercer Brand is a leader in high-end sustainable fashion. We design footwear, apparel, and accessories, all developed in Amsterdam. Our collections are sold in high-end department stores, luxury boutiques, and in our own brand store in De Pijp.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Drive sales and actively engage with customers that form our community
• Deliver a high customer experience
• Present and communicate The Mercer Brand story and product knowledge to customers
• Ensure the store is well maintained, both in terms of visual merchandising and stock organization

ABOUT YOU

• A creative self-starter: someone who takes initiative and is able to work independently in a small team environment
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn; you will have the opportunity to make your mark within a young company with strong potential for personal growth
• You think in terms of solutions rather than problems
• Strong verbal communication skills and fluent in English and Dutch
• You have affinity with fashion
