Orders placed Monday through Friday before 22:00 are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via DHL.

Orders placed after 22:00 or on weekends will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed before 22:00 are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via Bpost.

Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day and handed over to DHL Paket. Delivery is typically 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day and handed over to DPD. Delivery times vary per country; you can see the lead times in the shipping cost & lead times drop down.

Orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day and handed over to FedEx/DHL.

Once your package arrives at the depot, DHL/DPD/FedEx will send a notification with the estimated delivery time. Prefer a different delivery moment? You can easily adjust your delivery via DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) or the carrier’s own service link.

We aim to deliver at least 95% of our orders on time. Within our own warehouse we have a high level of control and do everything we can to process and ship orders quickly and carefully. For the final delivery, however, we rely on external carriers — just like virtually all online stores. These delivery services may experience delays due to high volumes, traffic, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances, which can occasionally impact delivery times.

We continuously monitor our shipping and delivery performance and review the performance of our carriers on a quarterly basis. Based on these evaluations, we make adjustments where possible and work with partners who provide reliable service.

We ship to a wide range of countries globally. However, due to logistical, legal, or regulatory restrictions, we are currently unable to ship to the following destinations:

Afghanistan, Belarus, Bonaire, Saint Eustatius and Saba, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Mali, Micronesia, Myanmar, Netherlands Antilles, Niger, Russia, Somalia, Sudan, Turkey, and Ukraine.

We continuously review and update our shipping availability. If your country is not listed at checkout, it means we are currently unable to deliver there.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

For most destinations, these charges are calculated and included at checkout, so you won’t face unexpected costs upon delivery. However, for certain countries (including Curaçao, Georgia, Algeria, and Tunisia), duties and taxes cannot be guaranteed in advance and may be charged by local customs authorities upon arrival.

Any such additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
