Returns

Attention! We have recently switched to a new web store system. If you placed an order before October 15th and your order number does not start with MERCER, please contact our customer service to return your order. You can send us an email on service@themercerbrand.com or use our live chat.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 5 EUR, 5 USD, or 5 GBP, depending on your original payment currency. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return requirements

The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:

  • All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn
  • All items are clean and complete
  • All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging
  • All original labels and tags are still attached to all items

Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order within 7 business days after receiving your return. Please note that a return fee of 5 EUR, 5 USD, or 5 GBP will be deducted from your refund, depending on the currency of your original payment.

I see Global-E on my transaction, what does it mean?

Global-E is our international shipping partner and handles all transactions outside of the EU. Incase you think you haven't received your refund, please search on this name.
