We want you to feel confident about every purchase. This page gives you everything you need to know about returns, from sizing tips and return conditions to how to send your items back with ease.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.


A return fee of €5 / $5 / £5 (depending on your payment currency) will be deducted from your refund.

Items must be: unworn, unwashed, undamaged, clean, complete, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

The shoebox must be returned inside a shipping bag or box. A damaged shoebox will result in an additional €5 deduction.

If your item arrived damaged, notify customer service within 48 hours of delivery.

Online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

No, online purchases cannot be returned or exchanged in our stores. All returns must be processed through our return portal and with our return label.

All items are FINAL SALE. Returns are not accepted for orders shipped outside the EU (except the UK).


FINAL SALE items purchased within the EU or UK may be returned.

Sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged in-store.

Most returns are due to sizing. That’s why every product page includes detailed fit notes (when applicable), measurements, and material information under the Size Guide tab. For more in-depth advice, check out our Size Guide Blog.

Always use our official return label. If you ship with another carrier/label, we cannot take responsibility for lost or delayed parcels.


Keep the tracking number you receive by email or from the carrier. This is your proof of return.

Refunds for purchases made with a gift card will be reissued to your gift card balance.

Discount codes are valid only once and cannot be reactivated after a return.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and process your return.

You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been approved and your refund (or store credit) has been arranged.
