Returns

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your order within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, subject to a return fee of 5 EUR, 5 USD, or 5 GBP, depending on your original payment currency. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return requirements

The following conditions apply to returning your purchase so we can process it as quickly as possible:

  • All items are unwashed, undamaged and unworn.
  • All items are clean and complete.
  • To process a return, the shoebox must be shipped inside a box or shipping bag. Please note that the shoebox itself does not qualify as suitable packaging for the return shipment.
  • All items are packed in their original and undamaged packaging.
  • All original labels and tags are still attached to all items.
  • If your item was damaged upon arrival, please notify our customer service team within 1 day after receiving the parcel.
  • All original documents should be included with your return.
  • Note: If the shoebox is returned damaged, we will be forced to deduct 5 euros from the order amount.
  • Note: Returns are not accepted for FINAL SALE items purchased from the US and other countries. However, FINAL SALE items purchased from the UK and EU can be returned. All of our sale items are FINAL SALE.

Refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order within 10 business days after receiving your return. Please note that a return fee of 5 EUR, 5 USD, or 5 GBP will be deducted from your refund, depending on the currency of your original payment.

I see Global-E on my transaction, what does it mean?

Global-E is our international shipping partner and handles all transactions outside of the EU. Incase you think you haven't received your refund, please search on this name.
