Orders placed Monday through Friday before 22:00 are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via DHL.

Orders placed after 22:00 or on weekends will be processed and delivered on the next working day.

Orders placed before 22:00 are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via Bpost.

Orders placed before 12:00 are processed the same day and handed over to DHL Paket. Delivery is typically 1–2 business days.

Orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day and handed over to DPD. Delivery times vary per country; you can see the lead times in the shipping cost & lead times drop down.

Orders placed before 16:00 are processed the same day and handed over to FedEx. Delivery times vary per destination; the estimated delivery window is visible at checkout.

Once your package arrives at the depot, DHL/DPD/FedEx will send a notification with the estimated delivery time. Prefer a different delivery moment? You can easily adjust your delivery via DHL On Demand Delivery (ODD) or the carrier’s own service link.

We temporarily do not ship outside of the EU. If your country is not listed above, we currently do not ship to your location.

We plan to add the Nordics, the USA, South America, and large parts of Asia and the Middle East in the coming weeks.

For deliveries outside the EU, all applicable import duties are included in the price. Any taxes or additional fees are clearly shown at checkout — so you won’t face any unexpected charges upon delivery.
