ABOUT MERCER

The Mercer Brand is a brand-leader in high-end sustainability, it was founded in 2013 in Amsterdam. We design apparel, footwear and accessories - all in-house in Amsterdam. We sell in high-end department stores, luxury boutiques and in our own brand store in De Pijp. 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Customer communication: Answer questions, resolve issues, and handle complaints via email and phone using Gorgias.
  • Order management: Process refunds and ensure seamless operations in Shopify.
  • Logistics: Track packages and resolve shipping issues through Sendcloud.
  • Internal knowledge base: Write manuals and process descriptions to optimize workflows.
  • Service improvement: Suggest and implement ways to better serve our customers.

    ABOUT YOU

    • You're looking for a part-time role with fixed hours (preferably 9:00 - 13:00) that fits well with your studies or other work.
    • You are customer-oriented, proactive, and detail-focused.
    • You are fluent in both Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
    • You enjoy solving problems and improving processes.
    • Experience with tools like Gorgias, Shopify, and Sendcloud is a plus (but not required).
    • Must: You are initially available to work 4 hours per day in the office. Once fully trained, flexible working options are possible.
