Sales Associate - Paris

The Mercer Brand is looking for a talented and passionate Sales Advisor (M/F) to join the founding team of our new boutique in Le Marais, Paris.

ABOUT MERCER

Founded in 2013 in Amsterdam, The Mercer Brand is a recognized brand in the field of premium sustainable fashion.

The brand designs sneakers, clothing, and accessories, all developed in Amsterdam. Our collections are distributed through high-end department stores, premium boutiques, and our own brand stores.

In September 2026, The Mercer Brand will open a new boutique in the Marais district of Paris and is currently building the founding team for this new store.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Sales Advisor, you act as an ambassador of The Mercer Brand and help provide each customer with a unique in-store experience.

• Develop sales and actively interact with customers who make up our community
• Deliver a high-quality customer experience in the store
• Present and share The Mercer Brand story and product knowledge with customers
• Ensure the store is well maintained, both in terms of visual merchandising and stock organization

PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Creative, dynamic person capable of working independently within a small team
• Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to learn — with opportunities to grow within a young and rapidly growing company
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in French and English
• Strong interest in sneakers, fashion, and premium retail
