European Union & Selected European Countries

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over €180 to the following countries:

Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, North Macedonia, Poland, Portugal, Romania, San Marino, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping costs for orders below €180 will be calculated at checkout.

International (Non-EU)

We offer free standard shipping to selected international destinations outside the European Union based on the thresholds below.

United Kingdom: Free shipping from £300 GBP
Switzerland: Free shipping from 180 CHF
Canada: Free shipping from 300 CAD

Qatar: Free shipping from 850 QAR
Norway: Free shipping from 3,000 NOK

Standard Threshold (€250 EUR or Local Equivalent)

Free shipping applies on orders of €250 EUR (or local currency equivalent) to the following countries and regions:

Singapore, China, Japan, and Iceland.

Shipping costs for orders below these thresholds will be calculated at checkout.

Duties & Taxes (Non-EU)

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply.

For most countries, these charges are calculated and included at checkout. Any additional charges imposed by local customs authorities remain the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping thresholds may be displayed in your local currency at checkout depending on your location.

2. Processing & Delivery Times

The Netherlands

Orders placed Monday–Friday before 22:00 CET are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via DHL. Orders placed after 22:00 CET or on weekends are processed the next working day.

Belgium

Orders placed before 22:00 CET are processed the same day and delivered the next business day via Bpost. Orders placed after 22:00 CET or on weekends are processed the next working day.

Germany

Orders placed before 12:00 CET are processed the same day and shipped via DHL Paket. Delivery typically takes 1–2 business days.

Other EU Countries

Orders placed before 16:00 CET are processed the same day and shipped via DPD or FedEx, depending on the destination. Estimated delivery times vary by country and are shown at checkout and on our Shipping page.

International / Intercontinental

Orders placed before 16:00 CET are processed the same day and shipped via DHL. Delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.

3. Delivery Notifications & Preferences

Once your shipment reaches the local depot, the carrier (e.g. DHL, DPD, FedEx, Bpost) will notify you with an estimated delivery window.

You can adjust your delivery preferences, such as delivery time, location, or pickup point, via the carrier’s tracking portal or services such as DHL On Demand Delivery.

4. Tracking & Updates

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.

Where supported, you can modify delivery details directly through the carrier’s tracking system.

5. Delays & Claims

All delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

If your parcel is marked as delivered (including timestamp or photo proof) but cannot be located, please contact us within 24 hours so we can initiate an investigation.

The Mercer Brand is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or local delivery partners.
